Question: Can children borrow a Hawaii State Public Library System (HSPLS) mobile netbook?

Answer: Yes. The HSPLS Mobile Netbook Loan Policy states that minors may borrow a netbook with a parent/guardian present:

"Minors (patrons under the age of 18) must have a parent or guardian present. Parent/Guardian must provide valid photo identification, verification of their current mailing address and co-sign the Netbook User Agreement Form."[1]
