Is ironic.

I was curious if I could purchase a case of Hawaiian brand snacks straight from its manufacturer, and I was shocked they don't currently ship to residential addresses in Hawaii!

"We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska," HawaiianBrandSnacks.com informed me in their shipping policy.[1]

Hawaiian brand snacks is owned by Pinnacle Foods, Inc. which ships their items from Auburn, Washington, which is located approximately 11 miles away from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Interestingly, their shopping cart allowed me to check out a 15 bag case of 8 ounce chips for $92.43 ($41.25 for the chips and $51.18 for UPS Ground shipping to Honolulu). I didn't try to complete that order for obvious reasons...
