I've now seen it all.
Governor David Ige canceled public schools this past Wednesday through Friday on the Big Island of Hawaii to keep children safe... but his plan didn't go as expected.
Children was seen playing in the heavy rain -- on the road throughout that period. One parent allowed her children to do worse.
The worst mother in Hawaii allowed her children to raise Hell in their neighborhood. She thinks that her children being soaking wet for hours is acceptable. If someone confronts her about the disturbance, she threatens to give them a beating.
I suspect Child Welfare Services is keeping an eye on that mother, but the situation is tricky, because one of her children is legally old enough to supervise their younger sibling for a certain amount of time.
